One of Darryl's success stories is the School-club project in Faversham in conjunction with the local primary schools.

The School Club Link Programme had major success gaining recognition both nationally from the FA, and internationally from the Swiss FA.

The programme was also presented in a paper to the prime minister and is continued to be used by the FA as a method of good practice.

Integral to this was the link created between Faversham Strikeforce, the East Kent Coastal School Sport Partnership and the KCFA.
