The Kent County FA are pleased to invite all FA Charter Standard Clubs to the forthcoming Kent FA Charter Standard 5-a-side Football Tournament.
The tournament will take place on Sunday, 3 August 2008 at Goals Soccer Centre, Dartford from 10-4pm.
This is a prestigious tournament that is only open to clubs who have achieved the FA Charter Standard Club ‘kite mark’ award and therefore this promises to be a really high-class event.
In order to accommodate the most progressive football clubs within Kent we have teamed up with Goals Soccer Centre in Dartford, which boasts the most professional 3G playing facilities.
The categories for entries are as follows:
- Under 12 Boys
- Under 14 Boys
- Under 16 Boys
- Under 12 Girls
- U16 Pan Disability (Boys) (New section for 2008)
Please note the tournament is for age groups in the 2008/2009 season and each team can have a maximum of 8 players in their squad.
Due to increasing numbers of FA Charter Standard Clubs entries will be limited to one team per age group/section. To enter please complete the booking form and return to Stephanie Gadd at The Kent FA.
It is anticipated that places to play in this FA accredited tournament will go very fast so make sure you book your place as quickly as possible to avoid any disappointment.
The event is free for your club but each team entered is required to pay a £20 deposit which will be returned to the club on arrival at the tournament. Once the deposit has been received you will be issued with a confirmation letter and a copy of the tournament rules. Cheques should be made payable to Kent County FA.
