County seek Assistant Manager

1:19 PM, Monday, 18 August 08. County Teams

The Kent County FA are seeking an enthusiastic individual keen to join the Kent County FA Ladies management team and offer skills that will contribute to the continued develop of the current squad.

Through the hard work of the county FA and women's team management the county women's representative team has flourished over the last few seasons and The Kent FA are proud to be developing a young squad, with keen and committed players, a squad that with the counties open policy on selection improves every season.

The team competes in the South East Counties Youth and Ladies Competition against Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Berks & bucks, where matches are played on a Wednesday evening either home or away (1 match per season). The suitable candidate would need to be available for 6 matches per season and 1 or 2 trials/training nights.

Ideally the suitable candidate will hold a relevant FA qualification and have had experience in the game. As assistant manager/coach the individual will work alongside the current ladies team manager in team decisions and preparation as well as completing match warm ups, cool downs and being responsible for player preparation on match day.

If you are interested please contact Ken Keating, Chairman Youth and Ladies Committee by email at ken.keating@blueyonder.co.uk before the 22 August 2008.
