Kent County FA has been awarded the prestigious Foundation Level of the National Equality Standard of Sport.

This shows that KCFA is actively promoting equality within the county and is among only a handful of county FA’s to achieve this award.
A dedicated team of development staff at KCFA is working hard to offer the best possible service to all players, spectators and officials from all ethnic backgrounds. They are also encouraging more players with a disability and getting more women involved in football.
KCFA has been praised by the equality panel for devoting 34 percent of its budget to improving equality in the game.
The report also highlighted the fact that KCFA has equality expertise at both board and council level.
Keith Masters, KCFA Chief Executive said “This is a wonderful achievement and accolade for the county. It demonstrates our commitment to raising standards of football at grassroots level.”
