Kent FA is recruiting for a Safeguarding Assistant Vacancy to join the team at Invicta House.
Designated Safeguarding Assistant - Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Kent FA is seeking to recruit a Designated Safeguarding Assistant that reports directly to the Football Development Manager.
The successful applicant will:
• Manage the day-to-day aspects of safeguarding work in line with legislation, FA safeguarding policy, procedures and regulations.
• Significantly contribute to the implementation and on going delivery of the Safeguarding Operating Standard.
• Work in partnership with The FA, statutory agencies and other relevant organisations to manage concerns effectively and efficiently.
• To support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
The successful applicant will need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level; be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. They will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service, be able to work as part of a team with excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
The post is full-time and based at Kent FA’s Headquarters in Ditton, near Aylesford.
