Coaches Wanted for Girls Player Development Centre

Kent FA are looking to recruit qualified coaches for our Girls Player Development Centre.

The PDC is in its third season and provides girl players from ages 9 – 15 the opportunity to improve their playing ability whilst staying at their grassroots club.  It consists of weekly training sessions at The Gallagher Stadium home of Maidstone United.  The facility boasts some of the most impressive football facilities in the county including a full size UEFA standard 3G pitch.  Successful candidates will need to commit to training on Mondays from 5:30pm-7:00pm starting from the first trial on 7th September.  The programme runs for 18 weeks and this includes two festivals that the girls play in.

Coaches that are part of the Player Development Centre will be entitled to ongoing Continuous Professional Development opportunities and actively encouraged to further their skill set.  They will be required to be a FA Licensed Coach and have attained a minimum of Level 2 and completed the Youth Award Module 1 and 2 courses.
