Celebrating International Women's Day

Kent FA in partnership with Kent sport and Project 500 are running two events to support female coaches in Kent as a result of the female coaching sur

The first of these events will be held on Saturday 27th February at the Kent FA headquarters in Maidstone and is a 2hour session based around building confidence in coaching and networking with other female coaches.  This event is free to any female coach (or would like to be coaches) and will be part of a series of sessions to create a support network across the county.  It will run from 2pm – 4pm with refreshments provided.

The second event is for ladies who are thinking about becoming coaches but have not yet made that step.  In conjunction with Louisa Arnold at Kent Sport an ‘Introduction to Coaching’ evening will be taking place at Guru Nanak FC in Gravesend.  This will be held on Tuesday 8th March 7pm – 9.30pm.  Once again it is free and aims to supply would be coaches with the information on becoming a coach and hopefully install confidence in taking the next step to a Level 1 qualification.

For further information or to put your name forward for any of these events please contact Natalie.curtis@kentfa.com
