What is the Football Future's programme?
The Kent FA Football Futures programme is the biggest in the country and currently has over 2000 members. It aims to support, develop and reward 14-24 year olds volunteering within Kent Football. They may be coaches, referees, youth council members, committee members, social media gurus or even a general helper. We reward young people for all of their hours logged and they will receive 9 certificates on their 200 hour journey, a Nike Football Futures t-shirt and polo, the opportunity to become a Football Futures ambassador and the choice of a selection of Nike kit or a £50 bursary when they reach the illustrious 200 hour mark.

Paul Dolan, Chief Executive of Kent FA said "The Kent FA Football Futures programme is an excellent opportunity for young people to gain further knowledge and insight into various roles within football and can offer the start of a great adventure through volunteering in sport." One of our young leaders who reached the 200 hours mark, and is now employed within sport, Aidan Willis added to this by saying, “Football Futures has benefited me enormously and it has been great way to do things I never thought I would get a chance to do.” To register for the Kent FA Football Futures programme please visit this website: http://www.kentfootballfutures.co.uk/
