Applications are open for individuals to apply for free mentoring from the FA Coach Mentor programme.

We’ve already chosen the clubs and leagues that will be receiving free FA Coach Mentor hours for the 2018/19 season but do not worry if you’ve missed out so far.

All individuals that coach a grassroots team in Kent are able to apply to directly receive mentoring hours from one of our skilled, passionate and knowledgeable mentors.

By being a part of the programme you will receive a support package which could include an introduction meeting, the creation of an action plan, observations, reviews and a follow up. The mentoring will happen while you are coaching with your team and can either be at training or match day, depending on where you require support.

We welcome all applications, however, this year’s programme focuses on supporting female coaches, those who have recently completed an FA Coach Education course and individuals from minority communities.
