Kent FA Youth Futsal League is Coming!
Kent FA Youth Futsal League.
Kent FA is very excited to announce the first youth futsal league, starting in January 2019.
The league will consist of 16 teams across 4 age groups. The teams will play once a month on a Friday evening over a 3 month period.
Based at the Stour Centre in Ashford, the league invites teams to play in a round robin style competition, accumulating points over the season at U12, U14 and U16. In line with FA regulations the U10 age group’s results will not be published.
The Futsal League will feature FA registered officials, premium bibs and balls and a dedicated on site league co-ordinator.
Futsal offers a great chance for participants to develop their skills and technique, the game encourage quick decision making, gives players more touches and time on the ball than traditional formats of football.
The league can be used as a tool for development of your current teams or if you are looking to form a new futsal team this is a way to introduce young people to Futsal here in Kent.
