PSA Achieve Kent FA Silver Licensed Football Provider Status
Kent FA are delighted to award PSA our Silver award of the Licensed Football Provider programme.
The programme is designed to recognise and reward organisations that work hard to create a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
PSA were founded in 2010 and bridge the gap between youth and professional football through their extensive range of weekly sessions designed to nurture and develop young players.
PSA will now hold the licence for two years before they must reapply while demonstrating a continued passion for providing a high quality and safe environment. The Licensed Football Provider criteria builds on the FA Charter Standard programme to ensure the benchmark achieved is of the highest quality.
By achieving our Silver standard, PSA have completed a Football Development Plan, have UEFA B qualified coaches structuring their sessions and have evidenced appropriate safeguarding children, respect and equality policies. This allows PSA to deliver high quality soccer schools, soccer academies and scholarships.
Luke Baker, Football Development Officer for Youth Football said, “We are delighted that PSA have demonstrated the criteria required to achieve this standard. It is clear that they have worked hard to create an extremely high quality set up and they will be a huge asset to young players within Kent football.”
PSA said, “We are very pleased with our recent Licensed Football Provider accreditation and believe it’s a fantastic initiative put in the place by the Kent FA to ensure the quality and standards of Soccer Schools across Kent. We look forward to continuing the development of players across Kent providing the perfect platform for players to achieve their #NEXTLEVEL whatever their ability. Thanks again to Luke and the team at the Kent FA.“
