As a result of the financial impact of COVID-19, and significant cuts in funding from the FA for the next 4 years, the Kent FA had to take the difficult decision to undertake a workforce review to ensure its sustainability throughout that period.

Following consultations with staff, Val Hajialexandrou, Justine McAvoy and Megan Wheeler opted to take voluntary redundancy and their last day at Kent FA was Friday 28th August 2020. 

Kent FA would like to thank Val, Justine and Megan for their services to Kent FA and for the impact they have made in their areas of work. We wish them all the best for the future.
