Be the Next Generation

Welcome to the Next Generation

Kent FA are delighted to launch our innovative Youth Leadership programme to recognise and reward our young volunteers.

We have a brand-new app to log volunteering hours on and revamped the rewards available to earn on the pathway while working in partnership with Gravity Trampoline Park.

With no minimum age, and the maximum age extending to 25, the Next Generation programme is open to more people than ever. With just a few clicks, any hours given to our grassroots game can be rewarded.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering is a great addition to any young person’s CV and brings its own rewards, but being part of the Be the Next Generation also gives some extra benefits which you can see on our programme pathway.

THE BENEFITS

This exciting programme will offer volunteers the opportunity to build their own Kent FA branded kit along the pathway while receiving certificates at every milestone. Next Generation members will also receive a phone call with the Kent FA and if the end goal of 250 hours is reached, an invitation to the Kent FA Workforce Awards and an entry into the Kent FA Hall of Fame.
