FA Coach Mentor Programme
The FA’s Coach Mentor Programme has returned in a revised form following changes to FA Coach Education.
The programme provides fantastic mentoring opportunities to support, encourage & challenge coaches to manage their own learning within their own specific context. In turn this will help coaches to maximise their potential, develop their skills, recognise their attributes; and all towards them becoming the coach & person they want to be.
This new programme has a number of Coach Mentors who are assigned to a region, with a particular focus on either supporting coaches within the women and girls’ game, or those from or working within diverse communities.
The Kent mentor, who will focus who on supporting those working within the women and girls’ game is Carly Williams. You can see her profile and contact details here.
The mentor for Kent and Essex focusing on supporting diverse communities and coaches is Neal Akhtar. You can see his profile and contact details here.
Alternatively, you can submit a request for mentoring, by completing the FA’s Coach Mentoring contact form here: FA Coach Mentoring Request Form.
