The Merit U15 Boys Cup Final: Cray Wanderers 0 Bromley 5
Fired-up Bromley fired in five goals against rivals Cray Wanderers to win the Under-15 Kent Merit Cup final.
The teams met only three weeks ago in the league - a game Cray won 2-0 - so Bromley were out for revenge.
They led when Oliver Driscoll’s cross sailed into the top corner, the same player adding a second on 31 minutes from a free-kick.
Harry Clout’s powerful drive from the edge of the box on the stroke of half-time put Bromley in control and they scored twice more after the break.
First, centre-forward Ben Mills tapped in from close range following Ryan Jamieson’s centre and then Jamieson himself drilled home a free-kick in stoppage time to complete a five-star display.
