The course provides a holistic approach to getting into coaching without the need to play as part of a regular academy scheme. Coaches undertake a 12 week course that covers their FA Level 1 (delivered through our friends at the Kent FA), Laws of the Game, an introduction to refereeing plus weekly mentoring from Premier League Academy coaches Simon Copley (currently at Arsenal FC) and Daniel White (currently at West Ham FC).

Participants will learn first-hand how to organise, deliver and evaluate their sessions plus undertake match analysis and player reviews. The academic arm of the course which covers pre-employment and preparation for the working environment will be centred around football including CV writing, interview techniques and addresses functional skills such as maths and English.

We are delighted that Dartford Goals is working with us on this course, not only providing the venue but also offering interviews to participants upon successful completion of the course. Pro Futures Soccer Schools will also provide an interview at the end of the course.

Kent FA through the FA's Football Futures programme will also be working closely with us to ensure we can assist young coaches to gather their coaching hours.

Now into their 11th year as a major soccer school provider, Pro Futures are delighted that we are now able to produce coaches as well as players and are looking forward to giving young people a good start into their coaching pathway.

Participants must be aged between 16 and 23 and NOT in employment, education or training (NEET).
