New “Coaching Under 7s and Under 8s” Workshops Announced

We’re excited to launch our brand new workshop that is designed to support managers who will be working with our Under 7’s and Under 8’s for the 2018/19 season.

Tutored by Kent FA staff members, this free course lasting 2 hours will give you the confidence you need when working with 6, 7 and 8 year olds! Covering a variety of topics from defining a successful season, exploring the Foundation Phase DNA and engaging parents we will discover how to create the best environment for young players to thrive in.

Each workshop is exclusively for clubs that will play in a particular league for the 2018/19 season so coaches will have a chance to network with others and also discuss any thoughts or questions with the tutors who have coached at these age groups for many years.

If your league do not have an event below and you are due to coach in their U7 or U8 division next season then get in touch with either Kent FA or someone at the league to see if we can deliver this workshop to your league.

Coaches will need to book on to these workshops using their FAN and password. All of the events are listed below and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
