Kent FA and England Football is on a mission to provide disabled people with greater access to football, and ensure that our game is a place where everyone feels welcome – both on and off the pitch.

To support this, Disability Training for Clubs was launched.

It’s a comprehensive toolkit and training workshop designed to provide grassroots clubs with the knowledge and resources needed to make disabled people part of your club’s community.

Designed to empower clubs to welcome more disabled individuals into their communities, the workshops will provide those in attendance with an opportunity to:

  • Overcome barriers: Learn how to transform your club into a truly inclusive environment
  • Make a big impact: Discover how small changes can lead to significant improvements
  • Develop a Disability Action Plan: Craft a tailored plan that aligns with your club’s goals
  • Gain insights from successful clubs: Hear success stories from clubs that have made significant strides in inclusion
  • Network with like-minded clubs: Connect and share experiences with others on the same journey
  • Access valuable resources: Explore a wealth of resources available to support your journey to inclusion
