Kent's Emerging Talent Centre

We're thrilled to announce the new Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) for girls in Kent - providing more opportunities for girls to follow the pathway.

The new Kent ETC will operate for at least 30 weeks per season and will commence from September 2022.

Five key areas will underpin the centre:

Better accessibility
More inclusivity
High performance training and games programme
Individual player development
Providing player-appropriate challenges

The Kent ETC is for girls playing in under 14s, under 15s and under 16s football, and it is our ambition to to provide additional elite coaching with the ambition to signpost players to the FA Player Pathway - Discover My Talent.
