Volunteers Stood on 3G Pitch

Volunteers

GIVE BACK TO THE GAME WE LOVE!

Volunteers are the backbone of grassroots football!

Without the time, dedication and commitment from the estimated 400,000 volunteers in England, the 37,000 clubs would simply not exist. A football club is about more than just the players on the pitch.

The Kent FA recognises the value of volunteers in running and developing football at every level. With a structured pathway of courses for volunteers and support from your County FA, we can help you on the right path to an incredibly rewarding role.

Safeguarding and Welfare

SAFEGUARDING IS EVERYONE’S RESPONSIBILITY

Whatever your involvement in football, you have a responsibility to make our game as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.

This is particularly true if your role as a volunteer involves working or being with children and young people under the age of 18.

Find out how The FA and Kent FA manages safeguarding nationally and locally. You’ll also find detailed information on the game’s safeguarding strategy, and how it applies to you.
