STEPPING ONTO THE PITCH - FOR UNDERREPRESENTED COMMUNITIES' COACHES

This event is designed to provide coaches from underrepresented communities with greater access to development opportunities and gain confidence within their coaching journey and pathway, through what it means to be a coach and highlighting key attributes and everyday skills that are transferable to coaching, led by Daniel Fenner. In addition, after the event, Whitstable Town have agreed that all attendees can watch their match against Kennington FC in the Southern Counties East Football League, free of charge.

The England Football Learning platform offers some fantastic online courses, that will provide coaches with accredited CPD hours to maintain qualifications without having to leave the house, including Creative Attacking Play and How Do You Approach Match Day?

Below are some instructions of how to access the 20 insightful, informative and thought provoking CPD courses and modules:

1. To access any CPD module or to search for a specific topic, head to FA Learning.

2. Once you have searched for a topic, click on the CPD module/course you want to complete.

3. This will take you to a login page where you will be asked to login with the email connected to your FAN and password.

4. Once signed in you will go to the CPD course/module landing page where you will be able to read more about the course/module and launch it by clicking enrol.

Courses are no longer coordinated and allocated via County FA’s and is now centrally managed through FA Education, below is an insight into the optional and required pathways for courses across a range of roles in football.
