Kent have appointed a new Football Development Officer for Disability Football

New Football Development Officer appointed!

Kent FA is delighted to announce the appointment of Justine McAvoy as Football Development Officer for Disability Football.

Justine brings with her experience and knowledge having been Football Development Assistant, where she successfully lead on the County’s first ever Kent FA Walking Football Cup while supporting the delivery of the FA JustPlay programme. 

With full responsibility for the leadership and development of Disability Football in Kent, Justine will play a key role in meeting the targets to sustain and grow the provision while supporting key organisations including the Kent Disability League.

Lee Suter, Football Development Manager, said: “Justine’s track record, experience, and ability to be innovative will be a real benefit to the organisation and we are thrilled to have her leading disability football in Kent”.

Lee also added: "Kent FA has a deserved reputation as leading disability football and we have a tremendous opportunity to grow further and continue to diversify opportunities for everyone that wants to play the game”.
