Female Referee Development Day

Join us for a fantastic day of learning for all female referees in Kent.

Kent FA is delighted to announce that, in partnership with Essex FA, it is to host an exciting development opportunity for female referees within both counties.

Through a joint partnership with our colleagues at Essex FA, Kent FA is aiming to broaden the provision and support provided to female match officials in the South East.

Taking place on Tuesday 9 April 2020 at Aveley Football Club in Essex (RM15 4PX) from 10am to 4pm, our Female Referee Development Day will provide a variety of theory and practical development.

In addition, some of the counties’ senior female match officials will be coming along to deliver and lead on the sessions.

This will be a great way to not only develop, but see how female referees can potentially progress within the refereeing pathway.

And, if that wasn’t enough, here are a few more benefits that those in attendance can enjoy!

  • Opportunity to develop
  • Opportunity to learn from FIFA female referees and higher-level match officials
  • Dartford crossing toll is covered by Kent FA
  • FREE attendance to the BBC Essex Women’s Cup Final
  • FREE registration for the 2020/21 season
  • Two FREE tickets to the SSE Women’s FA Cup Final at Wembley on 9 May 2020 (TBC)

The event is FREE to attend, but participants will be required to bring their own lunch and refreshments.

Finer details will be confirmed closer to the event, but if you are interested in attending, please visit the link below.
