Do you look after grass pitches or are you a club looking to improve your pitches?

Kent FA is committed to supporting clubs, organisations, and groundskeepers to improve grass pitches throughout the county, and we are delighted to announce a Pitch Improvement event on Friday 24 September.

The informal event at K Sports (Aylesford), from 6pm-9:30pm, is aimed to support those who care for grass pitches and are looking to get the best out of them this season.

The evening will kick off with a ‘buffet and drink’ networking session so clubs and groundskeepers can connect, share good practice, and discuss any challenges they face when maintaining pitches.

The event will then move into a presentation from special guest Karl Standley, who is Grounds Manager at Wembley Stadium and The Football Association.

Kent FA Football Development Manager, Lee Suter will also be in attendance to cover a range of exciting new resources and funding opportunities for clubs to improve their grass pitches.
