If you, or anyone in your club or league needs help using any part of The FA Technology Eco-system, then you’re able to make use of our pioneering Technology Mentor programme. 

Kent FA and The FA have invested in four new Technology Mentors who will each dedicate 100 hours of support to club and leagues officials with the aim of increasing user’s confidence, knowledge and skill with Whole Game, Full-Time and Matchday. The Kent FA Technology Mentors will be able to provide, among other, these services:

• One to one support for new volunteers
• CPD workshops for coaches and managers
• Problem solving common issues
• Support in breaking down barriers to embracing FA Technology
• Whole league or club events
• Player registration advice
• Affiliation management
• Matchday app adoption
• Full-time guidance

This investment has been made on the back of feedback from our clubs, league and individuals regarding the increasing use of FA technology systems, but lack of support in doing so. This will see the level of support that Kent FA offer around Whole Game System, Full-Time and Matchday App increase significantly.

Our talented team of four are passionate supporting others, knowledgeable about the FA technology systems and ideally placed as current grassroots volunteers themselves.

Their time will be free to use for all Kent FA leagues and clubs and can be requested through a simple form which you can access below.
