FA Club Advisors
The FA is implementing a transformational programme to support the needs of large grassroots clubs as many continue to grow and offer playing opportunities for over hundreds of players across all formats of the game.
To aid this support and in partnership with County FAs, The FA is looking to support and develop 150 of the largest clubs or clusters of clubs in to sustainable community enterprises that deliver football opportunities for the whole community by 2021.
The FA Club Advisors will be the catalyst for this change. Working with 25 pilot clubs during the 2018/19 season The FA is wishing to appoint 10 FA Club Advisors on a part time basis (employed on contract of employment - like the FA Coach Mentors) who will support two or three clubs, each with 20 hours of support. They will be a source of guidance for the clubs and instrumental in shaping the services offered by The FA over the next 3 seasons, with the outcome of creating sustainable community enterprises delivering football for their whole community.
