Calling all Mixed and Male grassroots youth teams in Kent
As the excitement builds for the upcoming UEFA EURO 2024 kicking off in Munich on Friday 14 June, The KM Media Group and Kent FA are gearing up to celebrate the passion and dedication of grassroots youth teams from across the county.
Did you know 36,629 registered youth players are playing in male or mixed teams in Kent?
For many young footballers, the Euros represent the pinnacle of the sport, inspiring dreams of glory, and sparking a sense of camaraderie among players and fans alike. Now our mixed and male youth teams have the opportunity to become part of this historic event by showcasing their team spirit and enthusiasm for the game in their local paper.
If you play in a girls’ team, don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten you. With the UEFA Women's Euro 2025, we will be running a similar supplement so our female players can have their chance to shine next season.
Alongside our friends at The KM Group, we are putting together another unique UEFA EURO 2024 supplement to showcase the male and mixed teams that we have here in Kent. This supplement promises to be a colourful edition of grassroots football, featuring teams from neighborhoods and towns across the county.
How can you get involved?
We want all of Kent’s youth clubs that have male or mixed teams in under 7s to under 16s to upload a team photo that will appear in the special KM supplement.
The photos will feature in the KM's Euro 2024 supplement, published in your local KM paper week commencing 10th of June 2024. The deadline for submitting photos will be Friday 17th May 2024, but the quicker you get them in, the better.
So, get snapping and upload your picture here, but please ensure you have obtained parental/carer permission for all the featured players.

Please make sure your photos are at least 500kb in size; otherwise, they will lack quality when printing.
