The day will include four exclusive workshops;

- Pre-season preparation – How to make the most of pre-season?
Maidstone United FC strength and conditioning coach, Harrison Grant will open the day with a practical session where he will showcase his experience and knowledge in order to deliver an appropriate and efficient pre-season schedule to your players. Harrison will provide attendees with an insight into delivering player specific training and nutrition programmes to ensure the players are fit for purpose.

This workshop will be delivered by former Gillingham FC first team coach and academy manager, Darren Hare. Darren will give an insight into how teams prepare for a weekend fixture including the implementation of a game plan and tactics in both theory and practical demonstrations.

- Psychology in football – How to get your message across?
Chris Fullerton is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Kent. He has a range of applied experiences including work in professional football with Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and Walsall FC, and elite youth tennis.
